We want you to love Who Sits Where. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

All payments for Who Sits Where subscriptions are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase.
  2. Or contact Kefi LLC through the in-app support channel and we'll help you submit the request.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Paddle billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Requests made after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
